1. Analysis on the mechanism of peel strength changing over time

No matter how high the surface gloss is, there are many small holes on the surface of the object that are difficult to see by the naked eye. Although pressure-sensitive adhesive is crosslinked, it still has certain deformation and fluidity, especially the polymer part that does not participate in crosslinking. With the extension of time, the pressure-sensitive adhesive gradually penetrated into the open space to form an "anchor". In addition, when attaching PE maintenance film, although the pressure is large, the touch area of pressure-sensitive adhesive and data surface is not very large. With the extension of time, the touch area gradually increases, and the force between PE maintenance film and the maintained surface also gradually improves. Both effects will increase the peel strength with the extension of time.

2. Analysis of aging mechanism

The main chain of acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is full chain. It is difficult to break the main chain by general heat energy. The aging mechanism is mainly ultraviolet aging; Substrate aging is also mainly UV aging. Guanrong adhesive has previously tested the tensile strength of PE film substrate after aging at 80 ℃ and 30W ultraviolet light for one week. The results show that the normal service temperature has little effect on its aging function, but the effect of ultraviolet light is greater. However, under the action of heat and ultraviolet light, it has synergistic aging effect.

3. Analysis of compatibility mechanism with maintained appearance data

Acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive belongs to the material with large polarity. It is simple and compatible with the polar materials such as acrylate, polyester and polyurethane. It is difficult to remove the PE maintenance film formed. Sometimes, small molecules of pressure-sensitive adhesive that do not participate in cross-linking will be enriched to the appearance. If the force between the maintained appearance data and these small molecules is large, the phenomenon of small molecule relocation and residue will appear.

4. Mechanism analysis of viscoelastic effect

Pressure sensitive adhesive belongs to viscoelastic data, which produces elastic deformation and plastic deformation under the action of external force. When the force speed is fast, elastic deformation plays a primary role; When the force speed is slow, plastic deformation plays a primary role. If the maintenance film is quickly removed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive will undergo elastic deformation, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive touched by the maintenance surface will have no time to separate from the surface and cause residual adhesive. According to the principle of time temperature equivalence, the function of removing maintenance film at low temperature is similar to that of removing maintenance film quickly
